Sefton School is under an enrolment scheme that governs eligibility to enroll at Sefton School.
The Board of Trustees is also able to accept a limited number of pupils who live outside the zone.
For 2018, the Board has determined that it will accept up to three pupils at the New Entrant level.
If you have a child who is turning 5 next year and you want them to attend Sefton School please ensure you have an enrolment form and a letter of application to the principal before the deadline outlined below.
The deadline for receipt of applications for out of zone places is 3pm Tuesday 17 October 2017.
If a ballot for out of zone places is required, it will be held on Wednesday 18th October 2017.  Parents will be informed of the outcome by 20th October 2017.

Applications from out of zone students will be processed in the following order of priority:
  • First priority will be given to students who have been accepted for enrolment in an approved special programme. (This priority category is not applicable at Sefton School.)
  • Second priority will be given to applicants who are siblings of current students.
  • Third priority will be given to applicants who are siblings of former students.
  • Fourth priority will be given to applicants who are children of former students
  • Fifth priority will be given to applicants who are children of board employees.
  • Sixth priority will be given to all other applicants.
